The Master

As originally portrayed by actor Roger Delgado, the Master custom figure is a hybrid of a Dr. Evil torso with Shaft arms and legs. A Jean Luc Picard figure donated its head, and the hair and goatee were created out of Kneadatite.

All in all, this custom came together incredibly fast and remains one of the cleanest executions I’ve performed on a figure. The likeness is reasonably close and it captures the evil nature of the Doctor’s most dangerous adversary.
