This Riddler custom has got to be one of my first customs and remains a personal favorite. He was originally from the 6″ Avengers Loki figure, which I found on clearance at a local toy store.
Loki required a lot of work to convert him into The Riddler. I had to heavily sand down those enormous boots. The addition of a hat, tie and jacket help complete the overall effect. This custom is sort of a mix between the traditional “suit” Riddler and something out of A Clockwork Orange. Though he’s highly stylized, he fits in nicely with the nightmarish Batman: LOTDK villains. Created Fall 1998 Featured in Lee’s Action Figure and Toy Review, Issue #89 |
